Career Guides staff Career Exploration during drop-in hours and provide an initial intake which includes completing a profile of your interests, skills, values and personality.
Major/Career Assessment Tests
The Career Exploration Office offers a variety of interest, personality and strengths assessments to help you explore who you are. We offer the following assessments: Strong Interest Inventory, MBTI, FOCUS 2, and StrengthsQuest. These assessments must be completed during your visit to Career Exploration. These user-friendly resources provide quick information on a variety of careers by using several methods of searching. The information provided includes worker characteristics, employment trends, training requirements, advancement opportunities, related occupations, and more. Our staff can guide you through using these resources effectively.
Career counseling staff can guide you in how to research and how to professionally contact local/reginal employers in jobs and industries of interest.
