Graduate Internships and Practicums
Graduate interns and practicums will complete approximately 10-20 hours per week depending on their progam requirements. Once trained, intern and practicum students will provide one-on-one paraprofessional career guidance and exploration to students in career decision making.
Graduate intern and practicum students will also facilitate understanding of a variety of self-assessment inventories and assist students in conducting career research. Interns and practicum students are required to work a set number of hours per week (depending on requirements) and attend a weekly one hour staff meeting on Fridays at 12:00 p.m. Interns and practicum students are also required to complete outreach presentations to clubs, classes and student organizations.
